3. Client means a person or entity who use our services.
4. Subcontractor means, any specialist who works for or on behalf of LCLE.
5. PM means, Project manager.
6. Order means any service requested by a client.
7. When mentioning EN Translation or LCLE, we are talking about the same entity.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, we own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

3. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Publishing any Website material in any other media;
• Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
• Using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;

By displaying Your Content, you grant EN Translation a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media. Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing any third-party’s rights. We reserve the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.

5. Pricing

Our website contains general idea about our prices. However, the accurate fee will be given after our project manager receives the document or the details of the client’s order.The client has to pay the fee in advance unless an agreement or a contract has been made with a UK company giving different terms. In this case arise our terms for the late payment (Late payment of commercial debts Act1998). LCLE gives each order a number that a client needs to mention when they have enquiries. Quotation and confirmation of orders to be done by emails. The PM determines which order needs PO that to be signed by the two or more parties (client, LCLE and subcontractors).If the order has been cancelled by the client after payment made and the services haven’t been done, LCLE will refund the same paid amount, within 30 days.If the order has been cancelled after the required service has been done, the client needs to pay the full amount to LCL.

6. Delivery Of Orders

Dates and time of delivery is approximate only unless expressly agreed in writing. No delay shall entitle the client to reject any delivery or performance or to repudiate his contract with LCLE or to claim any damages in relation to the same. LCLE is not liable for the things that beyond its control or of unexpected or exceptional nature.In the event of any error or fault in the translated works or services, the client must give LCLE the opportunity to settle such error or fault. Unreasonable failure to do so will amount to a waiver of any related defence, claim or set-off against LCLE.

7. Confidentiality

LCLE will not disclose the client’s information to any person other than the company’s personnel.Incase of a legal requirement to disclose your confidential information, we shall notify you prior to the disclosure.

8. Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances shall EN Translation, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. EN Translation, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

9. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent EN Translation from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and not limited to the introduction of a third-party specialist to who you engage with.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

11. Variation of Terms

EN Translation is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

12. Assignment

EN Translation is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between EN Translation and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UK and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in UK for the resolution of any disputes.
